"I wouldn’t recommend if you have children that likes to be outside very sketchy environment , it is quiet sometimes but the crackheads walking around just doesn’t look good and having cameras is important so if someone breaks in your car or house you will know who it is "

"Neighborhood can be better, but I love my neighbors. The city removed the playground during Covid and never put it back and it’s still closed. That was the only neighborhood park. The property value is going up so it’s a good place to invest in. "

"Yards aren’t well kept, people seem pretty nice though just if you want to live in a decent clean neighborhood if suggest looking somewhere else. Neighborhood is safe and very quiet at night. "

"Normally quiet day and night, neighbor and kid friendly, less than 5min away from the heart of SWLR.. shopping, grocery, fast food, pharmacy, gym, airport and I-30 .. with alternate routes to downtown without traveling on the expressway. "

"The ability to skip Arkansas river for the commute into down town is a dream come true. Neighbors who take the time and care to know thier neighbors. well keep homes and yards nake it a dream to be a part of. High land values keep out many prespective clients.
